Prohibited Commercial Sexual Services & Trafficking Policy
SULTRAFIED is an adult social and lifestyle community. It must not be used to buy, sell, advertise, broker, recruit for or facilitate in-person sexual services in return for payment or material benefit, or for trafficking, coercion or sexual exploitation.
Purpose and scope of this Policy
1.1 This Prohibited Commercial Sexual Services & Trafficking Policy applies to all Members, Creators, Club operators, Event Organisers and other persons using SULTRAFIED.
1.2 It applies to profiles, usernames, photographs, videos, biographies, messages, private messages, Creator requests, comments, events, clubs, external links and every other part of the Service.
1.3 The purpose of this Policy is to prevent SULTRAFIED from being used to facilitate commercial sexual services, exploitation, prostitution-related brokering, coercion, trafficking or other prohibited activity.
1.4 This is a SULTRAFIED Platform rule and may prohibit activity even where particular conduct may not itself be unlawful in the Member’s jurisdiction.
1.5 Compliance with local law does not create a right to use SULTRAFIED for conduct prohibited by this Policy.
Sexual access must not be bought or sold through SULTRAFIED
2.1 SULTRAFIED must not be used to offer, request, negotiate, advertise, purchase, sell, broker or arrange in-person sexual activity in return for payment or material benefit.
2.2 For this Policy, a “Commercial Sexual Service” includes an arrangement in which sexual activity, sexual access or a sexual meeting is offered, requested or expected in return for money or another financial or material advantage.

Examples of prohibited commercial sexual arrangements

3.2 The wording used does not determine whether the arrangement falls within this Policy. SULTRAFIED may consider the substance and surrounding circumstances of the communication.
Renaming a payment does not make paid sexual activity permissible
4.1 A Commercial Sexual Service remains prohibited where payment is disguised as another benefit.

4.3 These things are not automatically prohibited. Ordinary gifts, voluntarily shared costs and genuine social generosity remain permissible.
4.4 They become relevant to this Policy when the benefit is requested, offered, promised or provided as the price, condition or expected consideration for sexual activity or sexual access.
SULTRAFIED must not be used to advertise sexual escort services
5.1 Members must not use SULTRAFIED to advertise, solicit or arrange escort services where sexual services form part of the paid arrangement or are offered, promised or expected in consideration for payment.
5.2 Prohibited descriptions may include terms such as:
5.3 A legitimate non-sexual professional service is not automatically prohibited merely because it involves companionship.
5.4 SULTRAFIED may nevertheless remove commercial advertising that falls outside the intended purpose of the Service.
Members must not arrange paid sexual services for other people
6.1 SULTRAFIED must not be used to manage, control, broker, advertise or arrange another person’s commercial sexual activity.
6.2 Prohibited activity includes:
Human trafficking and sexual exploitation are strictly prohibited
7.1 SULTRAFIED must never be used to recruit, arrange, facilitate, transport, transfer, harbour, receive or exercise control over another person for exploitation.
7.2 This includes trafficking or facilitation intended to result in sexual exploitation.
7.3 Prohibited activity includes attempts to use SULTRAFIED to:
7.4 A person appearing to agree to travel or participate does not make trafficking or exploitation permissible.
7.5 SULTRAFIED may take urgent protective action where there are reasonable grounds to suspect trafficking, forced sexual activity or serious exploitation.
Force, threats, deception and coercion are prohibited
8.1 Members must not use SULTRAFIED to cause, pressure, compel or manipulate another person into commercial sexual activity.
8.2 Relevant conduct may include:
8.3 Relationship status does not make exploitation permissible. A spouse or partner can also be a victim of coercion or exploitation.
Profiles and messages must not recruit people into prostitution or sexual exploitation
9.1 Members must not use SULTRAFIED to recruit other Members for prostitution, commercial sexual services or exploitative sexual work.
9.2 This prohibition applies even where the recruiter attempts to move the conversation to:
9.3 SULTRAFIED may consider conduct occurring outside the Service where reliable evidence shows that the Service was used as part of prohibited recruitment or exploitation.
Any sexual exploitation involving a person under 18 is strictly prohibited
10.1 SULTRAFIED is an adults-only Service.
10.2 No person under the age of 18 may be recruited, advertised, offered, requested, depicted or involved in commercial or exploitative sexual activity through SULTRAFIED.
10.3 A Member must not attempt to avoid this rule by claiming that the activity is lawful in another country.
10.4 Credible concerns involving a minor may result in immediate Account restriction, preservation of relevant evidence and other action required or permitted by law.
Suspected child sexual exploitation is treated as an urgent safety matter.
Permitted Creator Content does not permit paid in-person sexual activity
11.1 SULTRAFIED may permit eligible verified Creators to monetise digital Content under the Creator Terms.
11.2 This may include paid access to photographs, videos, posts, galleries and eligible custom digital Content.
11.3 Payment for digital Creator Content does not entitle the purchaser to:
11.4 A Creator must not use a digital Content purchase as a disguised mechanism for selling in-person sexual access.
SULTRAFIED gifts must not be exchanged for sexual activity
12.1 Members may give permitted gifts or virtual gifts voluntarily through available SULTRAFIED features.
12.2 A genuine voluntary gift does not itself create a Commercial Sexual Service.
12.3 However, Members must not state or imply that a gift is provided in return for:
12.4 Giving a Member a gift never creates an entitlement to sex or physical intimacy.
Club and event tickets are not payment for sexual access
13.1 Clubs and Event Organisers may charge legitimate admission, membership, booking or event fees where permitted under SULTRAFIED’s Club and Event Terms.
13.2 Payment of an admission fee purchases the applicable admission or event service. It does not purchase sexual access to another attendee.
13.3 An organiser must not advertise an entry fee as guaranteeing that the purchaser will receive sexual services from another person.
13.4 Attendance at an adult lifestyle Club or Event never constitutes consent to sexual activity.
13.5 Where an event or venue is being used to facilitate trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation, SULTRAFIED may remove the listing and take further action.
SULTRAFIED payment functionality must not be used to purchase sexual services
14.1 No SULTRAFIED payment, wallet, credit, gift or Creator functionality may knowingly be used to pay for prohibited in-person Commercial Sexual Services.
14.2 Members must not falsely describe the purpose of a payment in an attempt to circumvent this Policy.
14.3 SULTRAFIED may restrict or investigate transactions where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, commercial sexual services, exploitation or trafficking.
14.4 SULTRAFIED may take steps reasonably required by its payment providers, law or financial-crime controls.
SULTRAFIED distinguishes exploitation victims from exploiters
15.1 A person who appears to have been trafficked, coerced, controlled or sexually exploited will not automatically be treated as the wrongdoer merely because prohibited activity occurred through or around their Account.
15.2 SULTRAFIED may temporarily restrict an affected Account where necessary for safety or evidence preservation without treating that restriction as a finding against the affected person.
15.3 Where reasonably possible, enforcement decisions should distinguish between:
15.4 Nothing prevents SULTRAFIED from taking immediate protective action where necessary to prevent further harm.
Report suspected commercial sexual exploitation or trafficking
16.1 Members should promptly report credible concerns involving:
16.2 Reports must be made in good faith.
16.3 A Member must not knowingly make a false trafficking or exploitation allegation to punish another Member following a personal disagreement.
16.4 If someone appears to be in immediate danger, Members should contact the appropriate emergency or law enforcement service for the location concerned rather than relying solely on a SULTRAFIED report.
SULTRAFIED may investigate suspected violations
17.1 Where reasonable grounds exist, SULTRAFIED may review relevant Account activity and information available to it.
17.2 Appropriate measures may include:
17.3 SULTRAFIED may take precautionary action before an investigation is complete where delay could reasonably expose a person to exploitation or serious harm.
17.4 A temporary restriction is not itself a final finding of misconduct.
Violations may result in permanent termination
18.1 Commercial sexual-service solicitation, trafficking and exploitation are treated as serious violations.
18.2 Depending on the nature, evidence and severity of the conduct, SULTRAFIED may:
18.3 Where SULTRAFIED reasonably establishes deliberate trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercive control, recruitment for exploitation or organised commercial sexual-service activity, permanent Account termination will normally follow.
18.4 Attempting to return through a replacement Account after permanent termination may result in removal of the replacement Account.
Serious exploitation may be referred to appropriate authorities
19.1 SULTRAFIED may preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law in connection with trafficking, exploitation, serious crime, safeguarding or lawful investigations.
19.2 SULTRAFIED may respond to valid legal demands from courts, regulators and law enforcement authorities.
19.3 Where permitted and appropriate, SULTRAFIED may proactively report circumstances presenting a serious and credible risk of trafficking, sexual exploitation or harm.
19.4 Information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy, data-protection and legal requirements.
19.5 Members should not assume that deleting a profile or message requires SULTRAFIED to destroy evidence that it has a lawful reason or obligation to preserve.
Moving the transaction elsewhere does not avoid this Policy
20.1 Members must not use SULTRAFIED to initiate prohibited commercial-sex or trafficking activity and then move the transaction elsewhere to avoid detection.
20.2 For example, a Member must not:
20.3 SULTRAFIED may act on reliable evidence of off-Platform activity where the SULTRAFIED Service was materially used to initiate, facilitate or organise the prohibited conduct.
Members are responsible for their own conduct
21.1 Each Member is responsible for ensuring that their own use of SULTRAFIED complies with this Policy and applicable law.
21.2 Members must not knowingly help another person evade this Policy.
21.3 Members must not knowingly provide Accounts, payment facilities, profiles, event listings or other SULTRAFIED functionality to facilitate prohibited conduct.
21.4 A Member may be responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses directly caused by their own unlawful conduct or material breach where applicable law permits.
Prohibition does not mean SULTRAFIED can detect every violation
22.1 SULTRAFIED prohibits the conduct described in this Policy and may use moderation, reporting, technical measures and investigations to enforce these rules.
22.2 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee that it will identify every coded message, false profile, private communication, external transaction or instance of unlawful behaviour before it occurs.
22.3 A Member’s independent breach of this Policy does not automatically make SULTRAFIED a participant in that person’s conduct.
22.4 Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits SULTRAFIED’s own responsibilities where applicable law does not permit them to be excluded or limited.
22.5 SULTRAFIED may modify its detection, moderation and enforcement measures as risks, technology and legal requirements evolve.
Report prohibited activity
Contact SULTRAFIED if you believe the Service is being used for commercial sexual services, trafficking, coercion or sexual exploitation.
For immediate danger or suspected serious criminal activity, contact the appropriate emergency or law enforcement authority for the relevant location.
No paid sex. No trafficking. No coercion. No exploitation.
