Creator Terms & Conditions
The contractual rules governing approved SULTRAFIED Creators, monetised Content, performer consent, verification, payments, refunds, payouts, tax, platform safety and Creator responsibility.
Application of these Creator Terms
1.1 These Creator Terms & Conditions (“Creator Terms”) govern any Member who applies for, obtains or uses SULTRAFIED Creator functionality.
1.2 Creator functionality may include subscriptions, paid photographs, paid videos, paid galleries, premium posts, private Content, custom Content requests, paid digital access or other monetisation features made available by SULTRAFIED.
1.3 These Creator Terms operate alongside the SULTRAFIED Terms & Conditions, Member Content Licence, Community Rules, Privacy Policy, Payment Terms and any other policy expressly incorporated into them.
1.4 If there is a conflict concerning Creator-specific monetisation activity, these Creator Terms prevail to the extent of that conflict unless another document expressly states otherwise.
1.5 Applying for Creator status does not guarantee that SULTRAFIED will approve the application.
1.6 Creator approval does not create a permanent right to use Creator functionality.
Creator eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and satisfy any higher minimum age that applies in the jurisdiction relevant to you.
2.2 You must have an active SULTRAFIED Account in good standing and successfully complete all Creator Verification Checks required by SULTRAFIED.
2.3 You must be legally capable of entering contracts and legally permitted to create, upload and monetise the relevant Content in your jurisdiction.
2.4 You must not use Creator functionality where doing so would breach any law, court order, contractual restriction or legally binding obligation applicable to you.
2.5 You are responsible for determining whether your Creator activity requires any registration, business status, licence, tax registration, permit or other authorisation.
2.6 SULTRAFIED may impose additional reasonable eligibility requirements based on safety, fraud, payment, legal, regulatory, geographic or platform risk.
2.7 SULTRAFIED may refuse Creator status where reasonable verification cannot be completed or where approval would create unacceptable legal, safety, financial or platform risk.
Creator verification and KYC
3.1 Before monetisation or payout is enabled, SULTRAFIED may require information and documentation reasonably necessary to verify your identity, age, payment eligibility, address, tax status or other information required for Creator administration.
3.2 Verification may be performed directly by SULTRAFIED or by approved third-party verification, payment, identity or compliance providers.
3.3 You must provide accurate, complete, current and genuine information.
3.4 You must not submit forged, altered, borrowed, stolen or otherwise fraudulent identification or payment information.
3.5 SULTRAFIED may require reverification at any time where reasonably necessary for:
3.6 Failure or refusal to complete required verification may result in withholding of Creator functionality, restriction of sales, suspension of payouts or removal of Creator status.
Every person depicted must be an adult and properly authorised
4.1 Every real person depicted, recorded or otherwise identifiable in nude, intimate, sexual or explicit Creator Content must have been at least 18 years old when the Content was created.
4.2 The Creator is responsible for ensuring that every depicted person was legally capable of participating and gave valid consent to the creation of the Content.
4.3 The Creator must also have sufficient permission or legal authority to upload, distribute and monetise the Content through SULTRAFIED.
4.4 Consent to participate in sexual activity or to create a photograph or recording does not automatically amount to consent to upload, publish, sell or monetise that material.
4.5 Where Content includes another identifiable adult, SULTRAFIED may require evidence of:
Evidence sufficient to demonstrate that the performer was 18+ when the Content was created.
Information sufficient to associate the relevant adult with the Content where reasonably required.
Evidence that participation in creation of the Content was consensual.
Evidence of authority to upload, distribute or monetise the Content where required.
4.6 SULTRAFIED may refuse, quarantine, restrict or remove Content where the required evidence cannot reasonably be established.
4.7 Providing false information concerning the age, identity or consent of a performer constitutes a serious breach of these Creator Terms.
Suspected underage sexual Content may be immediately restricted, preserved and handled in accordance with applicable safeguarding, reporting and legal obligations.
Creator Content must comply with SULTRAFIED rules
5.1 Creator Content must comply with these Creator Terms, the SULTRAFIED Terms & Conditions, Community Rules, applicable Content policies and applicable law.
5.2 Creator status does not permit Content that would otherwise be prohibited.
No child sexual abuse material, underage sexual material or sexual Content involving any person under 18.
No sexualised Content intended to depict, imitate, roleplay or present a person as a child or as not clearly adult.
No revenge pornography, intimate image abuse, voyeuristic material or other Content published without appropriate consent.
No coercion, trafficking, blackmail, exploitation, sexual abuse or material resulting from such conduct.
No deceptive or non-consensual face-swaps, synthetic sexual Content, deepfakes or manipulated intimate images involving a real person.
Do not upload another person’s photography, video, audio, artwork or other Content without sufficient rights.
Content must not promote, arrange or evidence unlawful activity.
Creators must not materially misrepresent what a purchaser is buying.
5.3 SULTRAFIED may introduce additional Content restrictions where reasonably necessary for law, payment-provider rules, safety, platform integrity or regulatory compliance.
No prostitution, escorting, trafficking or paid sexual activity
6.1 Creator functionality is provided for lawful digital Content and other functionality expressly authorised by SULTRAFIED.
6.2 SULTRAFIED must not be used to offer, request, advertise, negotiate, broker, facilitate or arrange prostitution, escort services, paid sexual activity or sexual contact provided in exchange for payment or another thing of value.
6.3 This prohibition applies regardless of whether the proposed consideration is described as:
6.4 Creators must not use paid Content, subscriptions, custom requests, messages, gifts or other SULTRAFIED functionality as a disguised method of arranging prohibited commercial sexual services.
6.5 Human trafficking, sexual exploitation and coercion are strictly prohibited.
6.6 SULTRAFIED may immediately restrict an Account, preserve relevant evidence and take such further action as may be required by applicable law where trafficking, exploitation or other serious unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Creators must own or control the rights they monetise
7.1 You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights that you own in your Creator Content.
7.2 You grant SULTRAFIED the rights described in the SULTRAFIED Member Content Licence to the extent necessary to host, process, display, watermark, moderate, sell access to and technically deliver Creator Content.
7.3 You represent and warrant that you possess all rights, licences and permissions necessary for every Creator Content item you monetise.
7.4 SULTRAFIED’s acceptance or technical publication of Content does not constitute confirmation that you own the Content or possess all required rights.
7.5 You remain responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims arising from Content supplied by you, subject to applicable law and the liability provisions below.

8.1 Approved Creators may monetise Content only through SULTRAFIED functionality expressly enabled for that purpose.
8.2 You must accurately describe the Content, access, subscription or other item offered.
8.3 You must not use misleading thumbnails, false descriptions, false scarcity, deceptive pricing or other practices intended to mislead Members about what they will receive.
8.4 Prices available to purchasers may be selected by the Creator from permitted options or otherwise determined using functionality provided by SULTRAFIED.
8.5 SULTRAFIED may impose minimum or maximum prices, currencies, purchase limits or other transaction controls where reasonably necessary.
8.6 The checkout process may identify whether the Creator, SULTRAFIED or another entity is acting as the relevant seller, merchant, payment collection agent or other transaction participant for the particular transaction.
8.7 Nothing in these Creator Terms should be interpreted as altering a transaction role that applicable law determines cannot be altered merely by contractual description.
8.8 Creator Content must remain available for the access period promised to the purchaser unless removal is required because of law, safety, consent, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, policy breach or another legitimate reason.
SULTRAFIED fees
9.1 SULTRAFIED may charge fees for providing Creator functionality, facilitating transactions, processing payments, administering payouts or providing other Creator services.
9.2 The applicable Creator-facing fee structure will be displayed through Creator onboarding, the Creator dashboard, transaction information or another appropriate contractual notice.
9.3 SULTRAFIED may deduct applicable fees, payment processing costs, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, taxes where required, reserves and other authorised amounts before calculating the Creator’s available payout balance.
9.4 SULTRAFIED may change Creator fees prospectively by giving reasonable notice where required by the Creator agreement and applicable law.
9.5 A fee change does not retrospectively increase the platform fee applicable to a completed transaction unless legally permitted and expressly agreed.
Payouts, reserves and payment holds
10.1 Creator earnings become eligible for payout only in accordance with the payout schedule, minimum balance, verification requirements and other conditions communicated through SULTRAFIED.
10.2 A balance displayed as pending does not constitute an unconditional debt immediately payable to the Creator.
10.3 Amounts may remain pending while a transaction is being processed or while an applicable refund, dispute, fraud or chargeback period remains relevant.
10.4 SULTRAFIED may establish a reasonable reserve or temporarily withhold some or all pending Creator funds where reasonably necessary because of:
10.5 A payout hold may continue for the period reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve the relevant issue or for the period required by a payment provider, law or competent authority.
10.6 Once a hold is no longer reasonably required, undisputed amounts lawfully due to the Creator will be returned to the Creator’s available balance or paid in accordance with the applicable payout process.
10.7 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee the availability of any particular payout provider, bank, currency or payment route.
10.8 A Creator is responsible for providing accurate payout details.
10.9 SULTRAFIED is not responsible for delay caused by incorrect information supplied by the Creator, banking systems, payment providers or circumstances outside SULTRAFIED’s reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
Transactions may be refunded or reversed
11.1 A transaction may be refunded, cancelled, reversed or charged back where required by law, payment provider rules, the applicable transaction terms or where SULTRAFIED reasonably determines that a refund or reversal is justified.
11.2 Reasons may include:
11.3 Where revenue from a transaction has been credited to a Creator and that transaction is later legitimately refunded, reversed or charged back, SULTRAFIED may reverse the corresponding Creator earnings.
11.4 SULTRAFIED may deduct an authorised reversal from pending or future Creator earnings.
11.5 If authorised deductions exceed the Creator’s available balance, the Account may show a negative Creator balance.
11.6 Future earnings may be applied against that negative balance where contractually and legally permitted.
11.7 SULTRAFIED may seek repayment of amounts properly due from a Creator where permitted by law.
11.8 SULTRAFIED will not treat all Creator funds as automatically forfeited merely because an Account is terminated. Any deduction, withholding or non-payment must have a contractual or legal basis.
Creators are responsible for their tax obligations
12.1 Except to the extent SULTRAFIED is legally required to calculate, collect, deduct, withhold or remit an amount, each Creator is responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations arising from Creator income.
12.2 This may include, depending on the Creator’s circumstances and jurisdiction:
12.3 SULTRAFIED does not provide individual tax advice.
12.4 Where applicable digital-platform reporting, tax-reporting or due-diligence rules require SULTRAFIED to collect, verify, retain or report information concerning Creators, the Creator must provide reasonably requested information.
12.5 Such information may include, where legally required, name, address, date of birth, tax identification information, business registration information, payment information and transaction or income data.
12.6 Where legally required, SULTRAFIED may disclose reportable Creator information and transaction information to HM Revenue & Customs or another competent tax authority.
12.7 SULTRAFIED may provide the Creator with a copy or summary of information reported to a tax authority where applicable law requires this.
12.8 Failure to supply legally required tax or seller information may result in restricted monetisation or withheld payouts until the necessary information is provided.
18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A
13.1 United States federal law may impose performer identity, age-verification, recordkeeping, inspection and labelling requirements on persons who qualify as producers of particular visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.
13.2 Whether those requirements apply depends on the facts, the nature of the Content, the activities undertaken and the applicable law.
13.3 A Creator must comply with any 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257, 2257A, 28 C.F.R. Part 75 or other performer recordkeeping requirement that independently applies to that Creator.
13.4 Unless SULTRAFIED expressly agrees otherwise in writing, SULTRAFIED does not undertake to perform a Creator’s independent statutory recordkeeping, labelling or certification obligations on the Creator’s behalf.
13.5 Where reasonably necessary, SULTRAFIED may require a Creator to provide declarations, documentation or other evidence demonstrating compliance with applicable performer age and recordkeeping requirements.
13.6 A Creator must not falsely claim that SULTRAFIED is the custodian of records, producer, secondary producer, exempt producer or other legally defined person unless that status has been expressly confirmed by SULTRAFIED.
13.7 Nothing in these Creator Terms relieves SULTRAFIED from any legal obligation independently imposed upon SULTRAFIED by applicable law.
Custom Content requests
14.1 Where SULTRAFIED enables custom Content requests, a Creator may choose whether to accept or reject a request.
14.2 A purchaser has no right to require a Creator to produce Content that the Creator does not wish to produce.
14.3 Creators must not accept requests for Content that breaches these Creator Terms or applicable law.
14.4 Payment for custom Content does not purchase the Creator personally and does not create any entitlement to:
14.5 Custom Content functionality must not be used to disguise or arrange prohibited commercial sexual services.
14.6 SULTRAFIED may cancel a custom request and reverse the associated transaction where the request or proposed Content breaches these Creator Terms.
SULTRAFIED may restrict Creator functionality
15.1 SULTRAFIED may take proportionate precautionary or enforcement action where reasonably necessary.

15.4 SULTRAFIED may act before completing an investigation where delay could reasonably increase risk to another person, compromise evidence, expose SULTRAFIED to legal or payment risk or permit continuing unlawful activity.
15.5 Temporary precautionary action does not constitute a final determination of wrongdoing.
15.6 Where applicable law requires an appeal or review route, SULTRAFIED will provide one in accordance with applicable requirements.
What happens to Creator funds when Creator status ends
16.1 Ending Creator status does not automatically erase a Creator’s lawful entitlement to undisputed earnings that have properly accrued.
16.2 Before final payout, SULTRAFIED may deduct or reserve amounts reasonably attributable to:
16.3 SULTRAFIED may temporarily withhold a final payout while unresolved claims, payment disputes, investigations or legal requirements remain relevant.
16.4 SULTRAFIED may permanently retain an amount only where there is a proper contractual or legal basis for doing so.
16.5 Termination does not prevent SULTRAFIED from retaining records or evidence that SULTRAFIED is entitled or required to preserve.
16.6 Content may be removed from purchaser access where required because the Content is unlawful, non-consensual, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for continued distribution.
Creators are responsible for Content they supply
17.1 You represent and warrant that:
all information supplied by you to SULTRAFIED in connection with Creator status is materially accurate;
you are legally entitled to upload and monetise your Creator Content;
each relevant performer was an adult and all required permissions and consents were obtained;
your Content does not knowingly infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of another person;
you will not use Creator functionality for unlawful sexual services, trafficking, exploitation or prohibited activity;
you will comply with tax, reporting, recordkeeping and other legal obligations applicable to your Creator activity; and
you will not knowingly provide false age, consent, tax, payment or identity information.
17.2 Where you carry on Creator activity in the course of a trade, business or profession, then to the maximum extent permitted by law you agree to indemnify SULTRAFIED against third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable external legal costs arising directly from:
17.3 The indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim or loss was caused by SULTRAFIED’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct or another matter for which responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
17.4 Nothing in these Creator Terms imposes an unfair consumer indemnity where the Creator is legally acting as a consumer and applicable law prevents such liability.
SULTRAFIED liability to Creators
18.1 Nothing in these Creator Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
18.2 Subject to clause 18.1 and applicable mandatory law, SULTRAFIED does not guarantee:

18.4 SULTRAFIED does not provide financial, accounting, tax, legal, medical or professional advice to Creators merely by providing the Platform.
18.5 Where the Creator is acting for business purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law SULTRAFIED will not be liable for indirect or consequential business losses, loss of anticipated profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of goodwill that was not caused by SULTRAFIED’s breach of a non-excludable legal duty.
18.6 Any financial limitation of liability contained in the main SULTRAFIED Terms & Conditions that lawfully applies to the Creator relationship also applies to these Creator Terms.
Creator status does not make you an employee of SULTRAFIED
19.1 Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Creators operate independently.
19.2 These Creator Terms do not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, franchise or general agency relationship between the Creator and SULTRAFIED.
19.3 A Creator has no authority to enter contracts on behalf of SULTRAFIED or represent that they are an employee, officer or authorised representative of SULTRAFIED.
19.4 Nothing in this clause overrides any legal employment or worker status that applicable law determines exists on the actual facts notwithstanding contractual terminology.
Privacy and Creator verification data
20.1 SULTRAFIED may process Creator personal information for purposes including:
20.2 Processing of personal information is governed by the SULTRAFIED Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
20.3 Creators must not upload another person’s identity document or other sensitive verification information except through a process expressly provided or authorised by SULTRAFIED.
Changes to these Creator Terms
21.1 SULTRAFIED may update these Creator Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Service, law, regulation, payment providers, tax obligations, safety requirements or business operations.
21.2 Material changes will be notified where required by applicable law or the contractual relationship.
21.3 SULTRAFIED may require affirmative acceptance of an updated Creator Terms version before further Creator sales or payouts are enabled.
21.4 Historical Creator Terms and acceptance records may be retained so that SULTRAFIED can establish the terms applying at a particular time.
Law and jurisdiction
22.1 These Creator Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
22.2 Subject to mandatory legal rights that apply in another jurisdiction, disputes may be determined by the courts of England and Wales.
22.3 Nothing in these Creator Terms deprives a person of mandatory consumer or other rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Creator complaints and enquiries
23.1 Creators should use the appropriate SULTRAFIED reporting or support route where they have a transaction, Account, Content or Creator-related concern.
23.2 SULTRAFIED may require reasonable information in order to investigate a complaint or payment dispute.
23.3 Where SULTRAFIED cannot disclose information because of another person’s privacy, safety, fraud prevention, law-enforcement activity or legal rights, the Creator may not receive every detail relating to an investigation.
Creator verification is mandatory where required by SULTRAFIED.
