Important information about Member-generated Content, profiles, verification, matching, recommendations, offline meetings, Clubs, Events, Creators, third-party services and the technical operation of SULTRAFIED.
SULTRAFIED facilitates connections — it cannot guarantee people or outcomes.
Profiles, messages, photographs, videos, reviews, Club information, Event information and Creator Content may be supplied by Members or other third parties. SULTRAFIED may provide verification, moderation and safety measures, but those measures do not transform every user-generated statement into a fact independently verified by SULTRAFIED.
Platform tools provide assistance — not absolute guarantees.
Identity verification does not automatically mean background checked, trustworthy or safe.
A recommendation or compatibility score cannot guarantee attraction, chemistry or behaviour.
Privacy controls reduce ordinary access but cannot make digital copying technically impossible.
Independent Clubs and Events do not become SULTRAFIED-operated merely because they are listed.
Purpose and relationship with other SULTRAFIED terms
1.1 This Disclaimer explains important limitations and characteristics of SULTRAFIED’s technology, information and third-party interactions.
1.2 It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions , Community Rules and other policies relevant to the particular feature being used.
1.3 This Disclaimer is not intended to give SULTRAFIED an unrestricted right to avoid responsibility for its own conduct.
1.4 Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes, restricts or misrepresents a consumer right or other liability that applicable law says cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1.5 More detailed liability and enforcement provisions are contained in the Liability, Enforcement & Fair Contract Protections .
What SULTRAFIED provides
2.1 SULTRAFIED provides technology through which adults may, depending on available functionality:
2.2 Unless expressly stated for a particular service, SULTRAFIED does not act as a personal relationship adviser, dating agent guaranteeing outcomes, medical adviser or personal security service.
2.3 Providing the technology through which two adults communicate does not make SULTRAFIED a party to their personal relationship or private agreement merely because that communication originated on the Service.
Much of the information on SULTRAFIED comes from Members
3.1 Profiles, descriptions, photographs, videos, messages, posts, reviews, Creator Content and other material may be submitted by Members or other users.
3.2 SULTRAFIED does not represent that every user-generated statement has been independently investigated or independently verified before it is displayed.
3.3 User-generated Content may contain:
3.4 Moderation or continued availability of Content does not by itself mean SULTRAFIED endorses the Content or certifies its truth.
3.5 Members remain responsible for Content they upload subject to SULTRAFIED’s own applicable legal duties.
Profile information may not all be independently verified
4.1 Members are required to comply with SULTRAFIED’s authenticity and profile rules.
4.2 Unless SULTRAFIED expressly identifies a particular profile attribute as having been independently checked, Members should not assume every statement has been verified by SULTRAFIED.
4.3 This may include information concerning:
4.4 A Member who deliberately provides materially false identity, age, Couple or verification information may be subject to enforcement.
Verification does not guarantee character or future conduct
5.1 Where SULTRAFIED displays a verification indicator, that indicator relates only to the verification process represented by it.

Matching and recommendation indicators are discovery tools
6.1 Where SULTRAFIED displays a match, recommendation, compatibility indicator, “people you may like” or similar discovery feature, it is intended to assist discovery.
6.2 Such a result does not guarantee:
6.3 Recommendation systems may rely on information such as profile choices, preferences, location, activity or other relevant signals where lawful and appropriate.
6.4 A recommendation should never be interpreted as SULTRAFIED telling a Member that another person has consented to sexual or romantic contact.
Distance information may be approximate
7.1 Where SULTRAFIED displays distance or location-based discovery information, it may be based on information supplied by a Member or generated from permitted location signals.
7.2 Distance may be approximate rather than a precise statement of a person’s real-time physical location.
7.3 Factors such as:
7.4 Members should not treat an approximate distance as proof that another Member is physically present at a particular address or precise location.
Activity indicators may not be real-time guarantees
8.1 Where SULTRAFIED displays an online, recent activity or similar indicator, technical delays may occur.
8.2 A person appearing “online” does not necessarily mean they are actively viewing the Service at that exact moment.
8.3 Similarly, a lack of visible activity does not necessarily establish that an Account is abandoned or unavailable.
Members decide for themselves whether to meet
9.1 An offline meeting is a personal decision between the participating adults.
9.2 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee that a Member you choose to meet will:

9.4 Nothing in this section removes SULTRAFIED’s own responsibility where applicable law imposes one.
A listed Club or Event may be independently operated
10.1 Unless expressly identified otherwise, Clubs, venues and Events may be operated by independent third parties.
10.2 A listing, Partner badge, promotion or ticketing arrangement does not automatically mean SULTRAFIED owns or operates the venue.
10.3 Independent organisers may remain responsible for matters such as:

Creator status is not a personal endorsement
11.1 A person being approved for Creator functionality does not mean SULTRAFIED guarantees the Creator’s character, future conduct or commercial success.
11.2 Creators remain responsible for their Content and applicable representations subject to SULTRAFIED’s own legal responsibilities.
11.3 Payment for Creator Content does not automatically entitle the purchaser to:

Third-party technology and service providers
12.1 SULTRAFIED may depend on third-party infrastructure or service providers for functions such as:

12.3 SULTRAFIED does not control every independent third-party system.
12.4 However, calling a supplier a “third party” does not remove responsibility where applicable law treats that supplier’s performance as SULTRAFIED’s responsibility.
External links do not automatically mean endorsement
13.1 SULTRAFIED may contain links to websites, businesses, venues, resources or services operated by others.
13.2 Unless expressly stated, providing a link does not mean SULTRAFIED guarantees or endorses every:

SULTRAFIED guidance is not individual professional advice
14.1 General educational information published through SULTRAFIED is not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional who understands an individual’s circumstances.
14.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, general SULTRAFIED guidance does not constitute:

SULTRAFIED does not verify Members’ sexual-health status
15.1 Unless SULTRAFIED expressly introduces and describes a specific verified health feature, SULTRAFIED does not independently test or certify a Member’s sexual-health status.
15.2 Statements made by a Member about testing, sexual health, contraception or medical circumstances should not be interpreted as being medically verified by SULTRAFIED.
15.3 Members remain responsible for making their own informed health decisions and obtaining professional medical advice or testing where appropriate.
Privacy controls cannot make copying technically impossible
16.1 SULTRAFIED may provide controls such as:
16.2 These controls may reduce ordinary access or deter copying but cannot guarantee that another person cannot use a screenshot, screen recording, second device or other means to retain Content.
16.3 Technical ability to make a copy does not give a person permission to make or distribute that copy.

SULTRAFIED cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability
17.1 SULTRAFIED aims to provide a reliable Service, but temporary interruption may occur.
17.2 Causes may include:
17.3 Features may also evolve, be replaced or be withdrawn for legitimate reasons subject to contractual and statutory obligations.
17.4 This section does not remove a consumer remedy where SULTRAFIED fails to provide a paid contractual service and applicable law requires that remedy.
Moderation does not mean every item is reviewed before publication
18.1 SULTRAFIED may use combinations of user reports, technical systems, automated tools and human review where appropriate.
18.2 Unless expressly stated for a specific feature, Members should not assume every message, profile, photograph, video or post has been manually reviewed before becoming available.
18.3 No moderation system can guarantee detection of every violation immediately.
18.4 SULTRAFIED nevertheless remains responsible for performing applicable safety, reporting, complaint and illegal-content duties imposed upon it by law.
18.5 Members should use available reporting tools when they identify Content or conduct requiring review.
Safety features reduce risk but cannot eliminate human misconduct
19.1 SULTRAFIED may provide tools including:
19.2 Those tools cannot guarantee that another human being will never lie, misuse an Account, breach a boundary or commit misconduct.
19.3 This limitation does not excuse SULTRAFIED from performing legal safety obligations that apply to the Service.

This Disclaimer is not a blanket waiver of SULTRAFIED’s responsibility
20.1 A loss does not become SULTRAFIED’s responsibility merely because the affected person has a SULTRAFIED Account.
20.2 Equally, this Disclaimer does not attempt to make SULTRAFIED immune from responsibility where its own breach of contract or another legal duty causes loss for which applicable law provides a remedy.
20.3 Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or restricts liability where applicable law prohibits exclusion or restriction.
Statutory consumer protections remain available where applicable.
Mandatory privacy, safety and other duties are not removed by this Disclaimer.
Members remain responsible for their own conduct and choices.
Responsibility depends on the actual legal relationship and circumstances.
This Disclaimer may be updated
21.1 SULTRAFIED may update this Disclaimer to reflect legitimate changes in:
21.2 The Last Updated date will change when this Disclaimer is actually updated.
21.3 The Last Updated date does not automatically change merely because the calendar year changes.
21.4 Where a change materially affects an existing consumer contract, any notice, consent or cancellation rights required by applicable law will continue to apply.
