IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

A SULTRAFIED listing does not automatically mean SULTRAFIED operates the event.

Clubs, venues and events may be operated by independent third parties. Always review the event listing, organiser identity, eligibility rules, admission requirements, price, cancellation terms and the identity of the seller before purchasing a ticket.

Read Event Terms

When these Terms apply

1.1 These Club, Event & Ticket Terms (“Event Terms”) apply to club listings, event listings, ticket purchases, reservations, attendance, venue information, organiser functionality and other event-related services made available through SULTRAFIED.

1.2 These Event Terms operate alongside the SULTRAFIED Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, Community Rules, Privacy Policy and any event-specific terms presented before booking or purchase.

1.3 Individual Clubs, venues and Event Organisers may impose additional lawful rules relating to their particular event or premises.

1.4 Event-specific information concerning price, date, location, eligibility, admission, refund conditions and organiser identity forms part of the applicable transaction where it is presented before booking.

1.5 Nothing in these Event Terms removes any mandatory consumer right or legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Not every event has the same relationship with SULTRAFIED

2.1 Events displayed through SULTRAFIED may include:

LISTED EVENT Independent listing

An independent Club, venue or organiser lists an event through SULTRAFIED.

PARTNER EVENT Independent partner

SULTRAFIED may promote or cooperate with the organiser without becoming the event operator.

TICKETED EVENT Payment through the Platform

SULTRAFIED may facilitate or collect payment for tickets, subject to the transaction role disclosed at purchase.

SULTRAFIED EVENT Operated by SULTRAFIED

Where SULTRAFIED itself operates an event, the event listing will identify that relationship.

2.2 Promotion, verification, partner status, ticket processing or inclusion on SULTRAFIED does not by itself make SULTRAFIED the owner, operator or controller of an independent venue or event.

Seller, organiser and payment roles

3.1 Before a paid ticket purchase is completed, SULTRAFIED may identify the relevant Event Organiser, seller, merchant, payment recipient or other transaction participant where applicable.

3.2 Where an independent Event Organiser is identified as the seller, the contract for admission to the event is principally between the purchaser and that organiser.

3.3 SULTRAFIED may act as a technology provider, marketplace, booking facilitator, disclosed payment collection agent or other intermediary without becoming the underlying event operator.

3.4 Where SULTRAFIED is expressly identified as the seller or organiser, SULTRAFIED accepts the legal responsibilities attaching to that role which cannot lawfully be excluded.

3.5 Contractual labels do not override any legal status that applicable law determines from the actual facts.

CHECK BEFORE PAYMENT The checkout or event page should clearly show who is providing the event and, where relevant, who is selling the ticket.

Responsibilities of Clubs and Event Organisers

4.1 A person or business submitting or managing an event listing represents and warrants that they have sufficient authority to promote, administer or otherwise manage that event through SULTRAFIED.

4.2 Organisers are responsible for providing materially accurate event information.

4.3 Organisers are responsible for obtaining licences, permissions, insurance, venue authorisations and other approvals legally required for the event where those obligations apply to them.

4.4 Organisers must comply with applicable:

Licensing requirements
Fire and venue safety requirements
Alcohol licensing requirements
Consumer law
Equality law
Data-protection law
Employment obligations
Local authority requirements
Age restrictions
Other applicable law

4.5 SULTRAFIED approval of an organiser Account or event listing is not a warranty that every legal obligation has independently been verified by SULTRAFIED.

Event listing accuracy

5.1 Event listings should identify material information reasonably available at the time of publication.

5.2 This may include:

DATE Date and time
VENUE Location
PRICE Ticket or entry price
ORGANISER Responsible organiser
ELIGIBILITY Who may attend
ID Identification requirements
RULES Material venue conditions
REFUNDS Applicable cancellation terms

5.3 Members must review the event listing before booking.

5.4 Minor changes that do not materially alter the event may be made where reasonably necessary.

5.5 Material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the cancellation and rescheduling provisions below.

Tickets and event reservations

6.1 A ticket or confirmed reservation gives the holder a contractual right to seek admission subject to the applicable Event Terms, eligibility conditions and venue rules.

6.2 A ticket does not guarantee unconditional admission regardless of conduct, identity, age or eligibility.

6.3 A Member must provide accurate information when purchasing or reserving a ticket.

6.4 Tickets may be:

Named
Account-linked
Transferable
Non-transferable
Subject to ID matching
Subject to organiser approval

6.5 The applicable condition will be identified through the ticketing process or event information.

6.6 Tickets obtained through fraud, payment abuse, duplication, unauthorised resale or manipulation may be cancelled.

Age and identification requirements

7.1 SULTRAFIED is an adults-only service.

7.2 Events promoted as SULTRAFIED adult events are for persons aged 18 or over, and an organiser or venue may impose a higher lawful age requirement.

7.3 A venue or organiser may require acceptable photographic identification before admission.

7.4 SULTRAFIED Account verification does not require a venue to waive its own admission or identification checks.

7.5 A person unable to establish the required age or identity may be refused admission.

7.6 Subject to mandatory law, a refund may be refused where admission is reasonably denied because the purchaser failed a clearly disclosed age or identity requirement.

18+
ADULT ADMISSION Bring acceptable identification where the event requires it.

A SULTRAFIED profile, verification badge or booking confirmation is not necessarily a substitute for venue-required photographic ID.

Couples-only and other attendance restrictions

8.1 Some adult lifestyle events may have attendance or booking categories relevant to the particular event.

8.2 Where an eligibility restriction applies, it should be clearly identified before booking.

8.3 Examples may include:

Couples-only events
Single-person ticket limits
Member-only events
Verified-member events
Guest-list events
Pre-approved attendance
Capacity restrictions
Venue-specific lawful requirements

8.4 Organisers must ensure that restrictions comply with applicable law.

8.5 Purchasing a ticket despite knowing that you do not satisfy a clearly disclosed eligibility condition does not require the organiser to admit you.

8.6 Nothing in these Terms authorises unlawful discrimination.

Venue rules, dress codes and entry requirements

9.1 Admission may be subject to reasonable venue rules communicated before attendance or displayed at the premises.

9.2 These may include:

Dress code
Opening and closing times
Bag policies
Security searches
Photography rules
Mobile-device rules
Smoking restrictions
Restricted-area rules
Consent rules
Behaviour standards

9.3 A Member is responsible for reviewing material requirements disclosed before attending.

9.4 An organiser or venue may reasonably refuse admission or require a person to leave where the person breaches lawful venue rules or creates a genuine safety or conduct concern.

Consent, behaviour and interaction with others

10.1 Attendance at an adult lifestyle event does not amount to consent to sexual activity, touching, photography, recording, messaging or any other interaction.

10.2 Consent must be obtained from the relevant person for the particular activity.

10.3 Consent may be withdrawn.

10.4 No ticket, membership, event entry, profile status, relationship status or previous interaction gives a person entitlement to sexual contact.

10.5 Harassment, coercion, intimidation, violence, stalking, exploitation and non-consensual conduct are prohibited.

10.6 A venue or organiser may remove a person whose conduct creates a reasonable safety concern or materially breaches event rules.

10.7 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee that another attendee is safe, compatible, truthful or suitable for personal or sexual interaction merely because they possess a SULTRAFIED Account or event ticket.

CONSENT IS REQUIRED Entry to an adult event is never consent to sexual activity.

Alcohol, drugs and impaired behaviour

11.1 Members are responsible for their own consumption of alcohol and for complying with venue and local law.

11.2 Illegal drugs or prohibited substances must not be brought to, supplied at or used through an event in breach of applicable law.

11.3 A venue may refuse entry or remove a person who appears excessively intoxicated, impaired, aggressive or otherwise unsafe.

11.4 Members should not rely on alcohol or drugs as a basis for assuming that another person has given consent.

11.5 Subject to mandatory law, denial of admission arising from the attendee’s own serious intoxication or prohibited conduct does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Health, safety and accessibility

12.1 The person responsible for operating the venue or event must comply with health and safety obligations applicable to that operation.

12.2 Members remain responsible for making sensible decisions concerning their personal health and voluntary activities.

12.3 Members with accessibility requirements should review available venue information and contact the organiser where advance arrangements are reasonably necessary.

12.4 SULTRAFIED does not warrant the physical accessibility of an independent venue unless SULTRAFIED expressly states that it has independently confirmed the relevant information.

12.5 An independent venue remains responsible for legal obligations that apply to the accessibility and operation of its premises.

Cancelled, postponed or rescheduled events

13.1 An event may occasionally be cancelled, postponed, relocated, rescheduled or materially changed.

13.2 Where an independent organiser operates the event, that organiser is principally responsible for the decision to cancel or reschedule and for obligations arising from that decision, subject to SULTRAFIED’s actual contractual role.

13.3 SULTRAFIED may communicate cancellations or changes to Members where information is provided to us.

13.4 Where SULTRAFIED itself operates the event, we will handle cancellation and refund obligations in accordance with applicable law.

13.5 If an event is cancelled and the contracted service is not supplied, any right to refund will be determined by the identity of the seller, applicable law and the circumstances of cancellation.

13.6 A term stating that a seller may cancel an event, provide nothing and automatically retain all customer payments will not apply where doing so would be unfair or unlawful.

13.7 If an event is rescheduled rather than cancelled, Members will be informed of the applicable ticket, transfer or refund arrangements where required.

Cooling-off rights for dated event tickets

14.1 Different legal cancellation rules apply to event tickets compared with many ordinary online purchases.

14.2 Under UK consumer law, the ordinary statutory 14-day distance-selling cancellation right generally does not apply to services relating to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

14.3 Accordingly, purchasing a ticket for a specific dated event does not generally give a UK consumer an automatic right to cancel simply because they change their mind.

14.4 This does not remove rights arising because an event is cancelled, materially misdescribed, not supplied or otherwise subject to a statutory remedy.

14.5 Rights in other countries may differ and mandatory local consumer law will continue to apply where it cannot lawfully be displaced.

IMPORTANT “No 14-day cooling-off period” does not mean “no refund under any circumstances”.

Refunds

15.1 Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or the applicable event contract.

15.2 A Member is not automatically entitled to a refund merely because:

they changed their mind;
they did not attend;
they arrived late;
their personal plans changed;
they failed to bring required ID;
they knowingly failed an eligibility rule;
they breached clearly disclosed venue rules; or
they were reasonably removed for serious misconduct.

15.3 The above does not remove a refund right that applicable law independently provides.

15.4 Where SULTRAFIED merely facilitated payment for an independent organiser, SULTRAFIED may process an authorised refund on the organiser’s behalf without assuming responsibility for the organiser’s separate legal obligations merely by doing so.

15.5 SULTRAFIED may withhold payment to an organiser or maintain a reasonable transaction reserve while genuine cancellation, fraud, refund or chargeback issues are being investigated where permitted by the organiser agreement.

Ticket transfer, resale and duplication

16.1 Tickets may be transferred only where the relevant ticket terms permit transfer.

16.2 Named, verified or eligibility-dependent tickets may be non-transferable.

16.3 Members must not:

duplicate tickets;
forge tickets;
alter QR codes;
sell the same ticket more than once;
circumvent ticket controls;
misrepresent eligibility;
use stolen payment information; or
conduct unlawful ticket resale.

16.4 SULTRAFIED may invalidate tickets reasonably linked to fraud, duplication or unauthorised manipulation.

16.5 Where ticket resale is permitted, Members remain responsible for complying with applicable resale law and the applicable ticket conditions.

Late arrival and failure to attend

17.1 Members are responsible for arriving within any admission period identified by the event.

17.2 A venue may refuse late admission where this is reasonably necessary for capacity, security or event operation.

17.3 Subject to applicable law and the event-specific terms, failure to attend does not ordinarily create a right to a refund.

17.4 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee that public transport, taxis, flights or other third-party transport will enable a Member to arrive on time.

Hotels, travel and other expenses

18.1 Unless expressly sold by SULTRAFIED as part of an identified package or combined service, Members make their own travel, accommodation, parking, childcare, taxi and other arrangements independently.

18.2 Members should consider cancellation terms before making significant non-refundable arrangements for an event.

18.3 Subject to mandatory law, SULTRAFIED is not responsible for independent hotel, transport or other third-party costs merely because an event is listed through SULTRAFIED.

18.4 Where an event seller is legally liable for consequential losses, those rights will be determined under applicable law and cannot be removed by this clause where exclusion is prohibited.

Loss, theft and personal property

19.1 Members remain responsible for reasonable care of their personal belongings.

19.2 SULTRAFIED is not automatically responsible for property lost, stolen or damaged at an independently operated venue merely because the event was listed through SULTRAFIED.

19.3 Responsibility for cloakrooms, lockers and property held by a venue is governed by the applicable venue arrangement and law.

19.4 Nothing in this provision excludes liability for property loss to the extent it was caused by a party’s negligence or other legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SULTRAFIED’s role and limitation of liability

20.1 Nothing in these Event Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or another liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

20.2 Where an event is operated by an independent third party, SULTRAFIED does not control the organiser’s day-to-day operation of the venue or event merely because the event appears on SULTRAFIED.

20.3 Subject to mandatory law, SULTRAFIED is not responsible for acts or omissions solely attributable to an independent organiser, venue, attendee or other third party and outside SULTRAFIED’s reasonable control.

20.4 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee:

the behaviour of attendees;
personal compatibility between Members;
that another Member will attend;
that a venue will meet personal preferences;
that every organiser statement is error-free;
continuous third-party transport;
the safety of voluntary private activity between adults; or
a particular social or sexual outcome from attendance.

20.5 SULTRAFIED verification, partner badges, event approval or listing status must not be interpreted as a guarantee of an individual’s character or conduct.

20.6 Where SULTRAFIED is itself the Event Organiser, this section does not remove responsibilities legally arising from SULTRAFIED’s own operation of the event.

20.7 Where SULTRAFIED is legally responsible for loss, liability will be determined under applicable law and any lawful limitation contained in the main SULTRAFIED Terms.

IMPORTANT These Terms allocate responsibility according to who actually operates, supplies or causes the relevant service or loss. They do not attempt to transfer SULTRAFIED’s own non-excludable legal responsibilities to another party.

Business organiser responsibility and indemnity

21.1 Where an Event Organiser uses SULTRAFIED in the course of a trade, business or profession, that organiser is responsible for its own event operations and legal obligations.

21.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, a business organiser agrees to indemnify SULTRAFIED against third-party claims, liabilities and reasonable external legal costs arising directly from:

its unlawful event operation;
false event information supplied by it;
its failure to obtain required licences;
its breach of venue obligations;
its infringement of third-party rights;
its failure to honour lawful ticket obligations;
its negligence; or
its material breach of these Event Terms.

21.3 The indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim or loss was caused by SULTRAFIED’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct or another matter for which SULTRAFIED remains legally responsible.

Payments, refunds and chargebacks

22.1 Ticket payments processed through SULTRAFIED are also subject to the SULTRAFIED Payments, Memberships & Subscription Terms where applicable.

22.2 SULTRAFIED may preserve transaction records for payment administration, refunds, fraud prevention and chargeback disputes.

22.3 Members must not knowingly submit fraudulent or materially misleading chargebacks.

22.4 SULTRAFIED may provide relevant transaction and booking evidence to payment processors or card networks where reasonably required for a legitimate payment dispute.

22.5 A successful chargeback may result in cancellation of the associated ticket or admission entitlement.

Privacy at adult lifestyle events

23.1 Event attendance does not by itself give another attendee permission to photograph, record or publish identifiable Content involving you.

23.2 Members must comply with event-specific photography and recording rules.

23.3 Where official photography or recording is planned, the organiser should provide appropriate notice and comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

23.4 Restricted areas may prohibit phones, cameras or recording devices entirely.

23.5 SULTRAFIED is not responsible for an attendee’s independent unlawful recording or disclosure merely because that person obtained event access through SULTRAFIED.

23.6 Reports of non-consensual intimate photography or other serious privacy violations may be investigated under SULTRAFIED’s safety and Content policies.

SULTRAFIED may restrict Club or Event functionality

24.1 SULTRAFIED may remove, restrict, suspend or investigate a Club, organiser, event or ticket listing where reasonably necessary.

24.2 Grounds may include:

Suspected fraud
Safety concerns
False event information
Licensing concerns
Underage access concerns
Trafficking or exploitation concerns
Excessive complaints
Payment disputes
Legal requirements
Breach of SULTRAFIED rules

24.3 Precautionary action may be taken before completion of an investigation where delay could reasonably create a safety, legal, fraud or financial risk.

24.4 Temporary restriction does not itself amount to a final finding of wrongdoing.

Unavoidable disruption

25.1 An event may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the relevant organiser.

25.2 These may include serious weather, emergency closure, fire, major infrastructure failure, public-authority restrictions, civil emergency, widespread transport disruption or another exceptional event.

25.3 Where such circumstances occur, the organiser may reasonably postpone, relocate, modify or cancel the event.

25.4 Refund rights following such action will be determined by applicable law, the event contract and the extent to which the contracted service can still lawfully be provided.

25.5 A force-majeure provision does not automatically permit a seller to retain all consumer payments while supplying none of the contracted service where doing so would be unlawful or unfair.

Questions, complaints and event problems

For event-specific issues, Members may be directed to the Event Organiser where that organiser is responsible for the underlying event.
