Terms & Conditions
The legal agreement governing membership, use of SULTRAFIED, Member Content, paid services, safety, verification, moderation and your responsibilities when using our adult-only community.
Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SULTRAFIED, including the SULTRAFIED website, mobile services, Member features, Creator functionality, Content, communications and other related services.
References in these Terms to “SULTRAFIED”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the SULTRAFIED Service.

Definitions
2.1 Capitalised terms have the meanings below.
“Content” means profiles, text, photographs, images, videos, audio, posts, messages, links, usernames, comments, reviews and any other information or material published, uploaded, stored, generated, displayed, transmitted or sent through or in connection with SULTRAFIED.
“Member” means any registered user of SULTRAFIED, whether using a free or paid membership.
“User” means any registered or unregistered user of the Service.
“Service” means SULTRAFIED, our website, software, applications, systems, features, tools and related services.
“Commercial Use” means using the Service, Content, Accounts, Member information or features for business, promotional, marketing, recruitment, subscription, affiliate, advertising, commercial research or other commercial purposes except where expressly permitted by SULTRAFIED.
“Verification Checks” means any age assurance, identity, photo, consent, liveness, payment, safety, security, fraud-prevention or other verification check required by SULTRAFIED.
“Intimate Image Abuse Content” includes intimate, nude, sexual or private material involving a person where consent is absent, unclear, withdrawn, exceeded, misrepresented, coerced or incapable of being validly given, including manipulated, AI-generated, synthetic, deepfaked or face-swapped material.
“Childlike or Minor-Presenting Sexualised Content” means sexualised, nude, intimate, fetish, roleplay or adult Content that depicts, describes, presents or is intended to evoke a person as under 18 or not clearly adult, whether real, fictional, staged, illustrated, animated, manipulated, synthetic or AI-generated.
Applicability of these Terms
3.1 Please read these Terms carefully. They replace any previous version applicable to the Service.
By registering for or using SULTRAFIED, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
3.2 These Terms are made available in English.
3.3 You must not use the Service if you do not agree to them.
Changes to these Terms
4.1 We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version through the Service.
4.2 Where a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice where required, for example by email, Account notification or a notice when you next access SULTRAFIED.
4.3 Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
4.4 We may require you to expressly accept updated Terms before continuing to use all or part of the Service.
4.5 Where you have a paid subscription and applicable consumer law provides a right to terminate following a material contractual change, that right will remain available to you.
Forming a contract with SULTRAFIED
5.1 By registering for SULTRAFIED, you offer to enter a legal contract with us for use of the Service.
5.2 A binding contract is formed when we accept your registration and permit you to become a Member.
5.3 Subscriptions, upgrades, passes, paid Content or other paid features are also subject to these Terms and any additional purchase terms shown before payment.
Right to cancel
6.1 Where applicable consumer law gives you a statutory cooling-off period, including a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying UK consumer contracts, you may exercise that right in accordance with applicable law.
6.2 Where a 14-day cooling-off period applies, it normally begins on the day the relevant contract is concluded.
6.3 You may notify us of a cancellation through the appropriate Account, Help or contact process.
6.4 Where a valid cancellation is made, we will provide any refund required by applicable consumer law.
6.5 Where you expressly request that a paid service begins during a statutory cancellation period, an amount relating to services already supplied may be deducted where applicable law permits.
Your right to use SULTRAFIED
7.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use SULTRAFIED.
7.2 Your Account and access rights are personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, lend, sublicense, share or otherwise make them available to another person.
Adults only
8.1 You must not register for or use SULTRAFIED if:
you are under 18;
you are below any higher minimum age required in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service;
use of SULTRAFIED, adult Content or the relevant Service is unlawful in your location;
you are not legally entitled to view or participate in the type of adult or user-generated Content made available;
you are prohibited from using the Service by law, court order or another legally binding restriction; or
SULTRAFIED has previously permanently terminated your access and has not expressly permitted you to return.
8.2 Breaching these eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms.
8.3 SULTRAFIED is a private adult community. Membership is subject to acceptance.
8.4 Access may be conditional upon completion of Verification Checks.
8.5 Verification may be required at registration, before accessing particular functionality, before Creator activity or again during membership.
8.6 We may determine and update the methods and standards used for Verification Checks.
8.7 Failure to complete required checks may result in refusal, restriction, suspension or termination.
8.8 You must provide accurate and genuine information during verification.
Acceptable use of SULTRAFIED
9.1 You must not use SULTRAFIED to engage in unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive or prohibited activity.
Do not use SULTRAFIED to commit, encourage, arrange or facilitate unlawful activity.
Threatening, stalking, bullying, coercion, hate, harassment and abusive conduct are prohibited.
Phishing, scams, fraud, impersonation, blackmail, extortion and deceptive identity practices are prohibited.
Intimate Image Abuse Content, hidden-camera material, voyeuristic Content and other non-consensual sexual Content are prohibited.
Child sexual abuse material, underage sexual Content and Childlike or Minor-Presenting Sexualised Content are strictly prohibited.
Do not hack, scrape, overload, interfere with, circumvent or attempt to defeat SULTRAFIED systems or controls.
Commercial, promotional or recruitment use is prohibited except through functionality or arrangements expressly authorised by SULTRAFIED.
Misleading, deceptive, non-consensual or exploitative synthetic, deepfake, face-swap or voice-clone Content is prohibited.
9.2 You must comply with additional Community Rules, policies and requirements displayed through the Service.
9.3 You must comply with reasonable safety, security, verification, age, identity, consent and payment requirements imposed by SULTRAFIED.
Your Content
10.1 You are responsible for Content that you publish, upload, send, sell, request or otherwise make available through SULTRAFIED.
10.2 You must have all rights, licences, permissions and consents required for that Content.
10.3 Your profile and other Content must be accurate and must not materially mislead other Members.
10.4 You must never publish identifying or sexual Content involving a person under 18.
10.5 You must not upload or create Childlike or Minor-Presenting Sexualised Content, even where the person depicted is in fact an adult.
10.6 Where another adult appears in identifiable Content, you must have the rights and consent required to upload and make that Content available.
10.7 Before uploading sexual, intimate or private Content involving another identifiable adult, you must be satisfied that they are an adult and that they have given clear, specific and informed permission for the relevant use.
10.8 Where SULTRAFIED requires evidence of age or consent, you must provide it.
10.9 AI-generated, synthetic, manipulated, deepfaked or altered Content must not be used deceptively, unlawfully or without appropriate consent.
10.10 Intimate Image Abuse Content is strictly prohibited.
10.11 This applies even where original material was created consensually but is later shared, edited, threatened to be shared or otherwise used without consent.
10.12 Content must not be used to advertise or direct Members to unauthorised external commercial, subscription, payment or promotional destinations.
10.13 We may review, restrict, preserve, remove or disclose Content where reasonably required for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safeguarding, legal compliance or enforcement.
10.14 We may act where a complaint is received or where evidence of age, identity or consent has not been provided when reasonably requested.
10.15 Serious Content concerns may result in immediate restriction or removal.
10.16 Do not publish or send Content if you would be seriously concerned about it being copied, disclosed or misused by another person.
10.17 You should retain your own backups of Content you wish to keep.
10.18 Content may be permanently deleted when an Account is closed or terminated.
10.19 Content must be used only for legitimate SULTRAFIED community, social, Creator or other expressly permitted purposes.
Other Members and their Content
11.1 SULTRAFIED may carry out verification checks, but no verification system is foolproof.
11.2 A verified badge, approved profile, photograph or Account does not mean that SULTRAFIED endorses, recommends or guarantees that Member.
11.3 You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgement when communicating or meeting with other Members.
11.4 Do not assume another Member’s profile or statements are necessarily complete or accurate.
11.5 Report inappropriate Content or conduct using the reporting tools provided through SULTRAFIED.

12.1 SULTRAFIED may contain links to or integrations with external websites, providers, payment services or other third-party resources.
12.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, those third-party services are independent of SULTRAFIED and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Guidance provided by SULTRAFIED
13.1 Safety, sexual-health, legal, community or other general information supplied through SULTRAFIED is provided as general guidance.
13.2 Such guidance does not replace professional medical, legal or other specialist advice relevant to your personal circumstances.
Your Account
14.1 Your Account is personal and non-transferable.
14.2 You must not allow another person to use your Account.
14.3 You must not create duplicate Accounts, control Accounts on behalf of other people or re-register following termination unless expressly permitted.
14.4 You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to keep login and security information confidential.
14.5 Notify us promptly if you suspect Account or password compromise.
14.6 You are responsible for unauthorised third-party use caused by your failure to take reasonable security precautions, except where SULTRAFIED is responsible.
Payments, subscriptions and purchases
15.1 Some SULTRAFIED functionality may be available free, while other features, Content, memberships, passes, subscriptions or services may require payment.
15.2 Prices, duration and payment method will be shown at the point of purchase.
15.3 Unless otherwise stated, payment is required in advance.
15.4 Displayed prices include applicable taxes where legally required unless clearly stated otherwise.
15.5 Paid access is personal to the purchasing Account and is not transferable.
15.6 Declined, reversed, unpaid or fraudulent payments may result in restriction of paid functionality or the Account.
15.7 Members must not knowingly initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.
15.8 Refunds are provided where stated by SULTRAFIED or required by applicable law.
Functioning of SULTRAFIED
16.1 We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible or available.
16.2 We may temporarily suspend functionality for maintenance, security, legal, operational, infrastructure or technical reasons.
16.3 Where applicable law requires compensation, reimbursement or extension of paid access following a material Service failure, we will comply with those requirements.
Ending, suspending or restricting access
17.1 You may close your Account through the process provided by SULTRAFIED.
17.2 We may close an Account where permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
17.3 We may terminate or materially restructure the Service as a whole.
17.4 We may restrict, suspend or terminate all or part of an Account where we reasonably believe that:
these Terms or another SULTRAFIED policy has been breached;
required Verification Checks have not been completed;
activity presents a safety, legal, security, fraud or community risk;
moderation, automated systems, Member reports, payment providers or other reliable signals indicate possible misuse;
payments are unpaid, reversed or suspected to be fraudulent;
action is required by law, court, regulator, law enforcement or another competent authority;
relevant functionality is discontinued or materially changed; or
action is reasonably necessary to protect SULTRAFIED, Members, third parties or the integrity of the Service.
17.5 Refund rights following restriction or termination are subject to these Terms and applicable consumer law.
17.6 Restrictions may include reduced profile visibility, disabled messaging, removed uploads, withdrawal of verification, Content restrictions or loss of access to some or all features.
17.7 When the contract ends, your access rights end and SULTRAFIED may delete Content subject to legal, safety, evidence-preservation or regulatory retention requirements.
Liability
18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18.2 References to SULTRAFIED in this section include our personnel, contractors, agents and service providers where appropriate.
18.3 Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
18.4 To the extent permitted by law, SULTRAFIED is not responsible for losses that:
18.5 SULTRAFIED does not guarantee that verification, moderation, AI systems, safety tools or third-party providers will detect every problem.
18.6 You may be responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by your breach of these Terms.
Intellectual property rights
19.1 Intellectual-property rights in SULTRAFIED and material made available through the Service belong to SULTRAFIED, its licensors, service providers or the relevant Members.
19.2 You may view Content for permitted personal use but must not unlawfully copy, sell, scrape, redistribute, republish or exploit it.
19.3 You must not harvest, crawl, mine, scrape, index, monitor, analyse at scale or use SULTRAFIED Content or Member data for AI training, machine learning, profiling, facial recognition, competitive services, data brokerage or other unauthorised commercial activity.
19.4 You must not circumvent security or technical controls intended to restrict copying, downloading or use of Content.
Privacy
20.1 Personal information is processed in accordance with the SULTRAFIED Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
20.2 These policies explain processing relating to Account administration, safety, moderation, security, fraud prevention, age assurance, verification, payments, analytics, service operation and legal compliance.
20.3 Additional information concerning automated processing and Verification Checks is provided in those policies.
20.4 Where you provide information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring you are legally entitled to provide it.

21.1 SULTRAFIED is not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, changes in law, regulatory action, conflict, civil disruption or other comparable events.
Transfer
22.1 We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms where permitted by law and without materially prejudicing your mandatory rights.
22.2 Your membership is personal and you may not transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
Governing law and courts
23.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
23.2 Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes may be determined by the courts of England and Wales.
23.3 If you are a consumer resident in another country, you may retain rights to rely upon mandatory consumer protection laws and courts which cannot lawfully be excluded by these Terms.
General provisions
24.1 We may send contractual notices using the latest email address associated with your Account or through SULTRAFIED.
24.2 Headings are included for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
24.3 Failure to enforce a contractual right immediately does not waive that right.
24.4 If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.
24.5 A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them except where applicable law or an express provision states otherwise.
24.6 Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship between a Member and SULTRAFIED.
Automated processing and Verification Checks
25.1 SULTRAFIED may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine-learning tools, rule-based systems, facial-analysis technologies, third-party verification services and human moderation.
25.2 Such systems may help identify prohibited Content, fraud, scams, fake Accounts, duplicate Accounts, harassment, non-consensual Content, underage access, platform manipulation or other risks.
25.3 Verification providers may analyse images, video, identification information and technical signals for purposes including identity, photo verification, liveness and age assurance.
25.4 Account, device, payment, behavioural, verification and moderation signals may also be used for safety, security and fraud prevention.
25.5 Automated systems are not perfect and may produce incorrect or incomplete results.
25.6 Where reasonably necessary, SULTRAFIED may restrict, blur, quarantine, remove, delay, manually review or otherwise take action in relation to Content, Accounts, payments, devices or activity.
25.7 Further information about personal-information processing, suppliers, retention, lawful bases and individual rights is provided in our Privacy Policy.
25.8 SULTRAFIED does not intentionally retain biometric templates for unique identification after a check unless specifically required and lawfully permitted. Verification results, security logs or related records may nevertheless be retained where necessary and lawful.
25.9 Where required by law and reasonably practicable, alternative verification routes may be provided.
25.10 Where applicable data-protection law requires human review of a significant automated decision, SULTRAFIED will provide an appropriate route to request such review.
25.11 Passing verification does not constitute endorsement, recommendation or a guarantee concerning a Member’s identity, character, intentions or conduct.
Complaints, reports and reviews
26.1 If you need assistance or wish to make a complaint, contact SULTRAFIED through our Help and reporting channels.
26.2 Content, behaviour, safety issues, suspected underage use, intimate image abuse, impersonation, fraud, harassment and other potential breaches should be reported using the reporting functionality available through SULTRAFIED.
26.3 Reports may be reviewed, prioritised, investigated or actioned in accordance with applicable law and SULTRAFIED moderation procedures.
26.4 We may be unable to disclose the detailed outcome of a report where doing so would affect privacy, safety, investigations, enforcement activity or the rights of another person.
26.5 Where required by law, an appropriate route will be provided to appeal or request review of qualifying moderation, verification or access decisions.
