Copyright & DMCA Policy
How SULTRAFIED protects copyright, responds to infringement notices and deals with unauthorised use of photographs, videos and other protected Content.
Is Content showing you being used without your permission?
If a photograph, video, intimate image, private image or other Content depicting you has been uploaded or shared without your permission, you do not need to rely solely on a formal copyright complaint. Contact our Content Removal team for a faster safety and moderation review.

Copyright and intellectual property
SULTRAFIED respects the intellectual property rights of Members, Creators and third parties. Members must not upload, publish, distribute, sell or otherwise make available photographs, videos, written material, artwork, recordings or other Content unless they own the relevant rights or have obtained all licences, permissions and consents necessary to use that Content through SULTRAFIED.
Copyright may protect photographs, films, videos, written material, artwork, graphics, recordings, software and other original works. The fact that Content is available elsewhere on the internet does not automatically mean that it may lawfully be copied, reproduced or uploaded to SULTRAFIED.
Personal or intimate photographs and videos
Copyright is not the only reason Content may be removed from SULTRAFIED. Where a photograph or video depicts you and has been uploaded, distributed or otherwise used without your permission, particularly where the Content is intimate, private or sexually explicit, you should contact our dedicated Content Removal team.
Reports involving intimate images, threats, impersonation, coercion, exploitation, blackmail, harassment or immediate safety concerns may be prioritised under our safety and moderation procedures.
Submitting a copyright infringement notice
If you believe Content made available through SULTRAFIED infringes copyright owned by you, or copyright which you are legally authorised to enforce, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice to the SULTRAFIED Legal Department.
Where a complaint is made pursuant to the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the notification should contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Information required in a DMCA notice
To enable SULTRAFIED to review and process a DMCA copyright complaint effectively, the notification should include the information required by applicable law.
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, where multiple works are involved, a representative list of those works.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to enable SULTRAFIED to locate it, such as a profile, page, Content URL or other identifying information.
Information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, including your name, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, where required by applicable law, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
What happens after we receive a notice
SULTRAFIED may review the information supplied, investigate the Content concerned and request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess the complaint.
Where we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, or otherwise determine that appropriate action is required, SULTRAFIED may remove or disable access to the relevant Content and may notify the Member or Creator who supplied it.
Removal or restriction of Content does not constitute an admission by SULTRAFIED or the uploading User that copyright infringement has occurred.
DMCA counter-notifications
If Content uploaded by you has been removed or disabled following a DMCA notification and you believe that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the SULTRAFIED Legal Department.
A counter-notification made under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must contain the information, declarations and other details required by that provision.
Where a valid counter-notification is received, SULTRAFIED may forward it to the original complainant and may restore the affected Content in accordance with the applicable statutory process unless we receive notice that appropriate legal proceedings have been commenced.
False, fraudulent or misleading notices
Copyright notices and counter-notifications must be submitted honestly and in good faith. You must not knowingly make false or materially misleading allegations of copyright infringement or submit a counter-notification containing information you know to be false.
Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notification or counter-notification may expose the person making the representation to legal liability.
SULTRAFIED reserves the right to restrict access to its reporting systems or take other appropriate action where those systems are deliberately abused.
Repeat copyright infringers
SULTRAFIED may restrict, suspend or terminate Accounts belonging to Members or Creators who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights where we consider such action appropriate.
Serious, deliberate or commercially motivated infringement may result in immediate enforcement action without the need for repeated prior complaints.
We may also prevent a person whose Account has been terminated for serious or repeated infringement from creating replacement Accounts where appropriate.
Copyright complaints outside the DMCA
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act is United States legislation. It does not replace copyright rights or remedies available under the law of England and Wales, the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 or other applicable copyright legislation.
A copyright owner may therefore submit a copyright complaint to SULTRAFIED even where the complaint is not formally made under the DMCA.
SULTRAFIED may assess copyright complaints under the law applicable to the relevant circumstances and may remove or restrict Content where appropriate.
